This is a quick look at what stress can produce in the body psychologically, symptomatically and physically in a very understated list. Remember there are three phases of stress identified, 1) alarm, 2) resistance and 3) exhaustion.
Psychological Stress Symptoms

- Anger outbursts
Adrenaline Over Activity
- Colitis / IBS
- High blood pressure
- Muscle spasms
- "Panic attacks"
Physical Stress Symptoms
- Chronic fatigue
- Autoimmune conditions

I think it is safe to say everyone is in one of these three stages and exhibiting symptomatic expression at one level or another. We are being "stressed out" at all six levels of interference: 1) Structural, 2) Emotional, 3) Nutritional, 4) Electromagnetic Pollution, 5) Allergies/Sensitivities and 6) Toxic Accumulation.
The body is a complex of web-like interacting systems and not isolated in any way.
